Nice halal restaurant in Tralee; they literally serve every muslim food; we had the karahi chicken was was decent; spicy level was good and it was rich in flavor but had a bit less of the chicken and more of the salan 😌😔
Naan was tasty and made fresh

I ordered 4 portions of biryani at £15.95 each, but the quantity I received was very small for the price—it felt overpriced for what
was served.
When I initially placed the order, I was told it would take 10 minutes, but it ended up taking around 45 minutes. The service was also disappointing. The waiter had AirPods in and was on a call the entire time. Even when others tried to get his attention, he seemed uninterested and came across as rude and irritated when approached by customers.
There was also confusion with my takeaway order. Despite clearly asking for takeaway, the waiter initially brought plates. After I reminded him again, the chef had to step in to confirm it was takeaway, and even gave the waiter a disapproving look. The food was then packed hastily and handed over.
Overall, the food looked good, but the portion size, long wait time, and poor service made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
I believe the biggest issue is the customer service, which was quite poor. Secondly, even putting quantity aside, the quality of the food was very disappointing. The takeaway biryani was just dumped into the container with no care, which made it feel like poor value for money. Some of my friends had visited this place before, and after my experience, they mentioned they faced similar problems as well.
Response from the ownerSorry for your disappointment but we have complain from customers that your portion is too big so I believe in quality and quantity to do the best
Very nice staff, lovely indoor seating. Waiting time was in my opinion too long for chips. The quantity of the food was very good but unfortunately the quality wasn't - I would rather try out an Indian meal with rice here if I came to Tralee again.
